Standard Rate: Cancellation >5 days before arrival = 96.5% refund. Between 3 and 5 days = 46.5%. Less than 3 days = no refund.

Non-Refundable Rate: No refund under any circumstances.

Last-Minute: Same-day reservations are non-refundable.

Note: 3.5% fee on all cancellations (payment system commission fee).

You will receive an SMS and an email with all access information around 3:45 PM on the day of your arrival.

We have opted for a self-service reception. There is no staff at the front desk. You will receive access information by SMS and email.

At the reception area, you will find soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee, sugar and more.

We do not have a restaurant on site. However, you will have access to our fully equipped common kitchen: stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster and all the dishes you need.

There is a Circuit Électrique station right next door at the pharmacy.

All our rooms include a comfortable bed, table and chair, mini-fridge and a coffee maker. There are no TVs in the rooms.

Only the King with spa rooms have their own private outdoor spa.

All budget, standard, queen and king rooms as well as the mini-cabins have a beautiful river view, some better than others. Ask for a room on the second level for a more unobstructed view.

Economy rooms, the dormitory and doubles with shared bathroom do NOT have a river view.

Yes. The number of persons included matches the number of beds. A room with 1 bed includes 2 persons, a room with 2 beds includes 4 persons.

Extra person: $15.00 +tax. Floor mattress with bedding: $19.00 +tax.

Yes, in specific rooms only: Queen, Standard Quadruple, Economy Quadruple.

Pets must be leashed at all times. They are not allowed in indoor common areas, the pool or the terrace.

23 feet maximum. No water or electricity hookups available. You will have access to all the same services as a room at the inn.
